Stainless steel plates are the main type of stainless steel decorative materials. It usually refers to stainless steel plates with a thickness equal to or less than 4mm, especially those with a thickness of less than 2mm.

Stainless steel can be divided into flat steel plate and uneven steel plate.

Flat steel plates are divided into three categories: those whose light reflectivity is over 90% are called mirror panels: those whose plate reflectivity is less than 90% but greater than 70% are called bright steel plates: 50% or less is called calendered steel plate.

The concave-convex steel plate is also divided into three categories, namely, embossed plate, bas-relief pattern plate and anilox plate. Flat steel plates are usually made by grinding and polishing processes. The concave-convex steel plate is usually created after normal grinding and polishing, rolling, etching, engraving and other processing, and finally special grinding.

If the stainless steel plate is treated by chemical staining, it can be made into a colored stainless steel plate. There are dozens of colors including blue, gray, purple, red, turquoise, golden, orange and brown.

The color stainless steel plate is non-toxic, corrosion-resistant, and friction-resistant, and has good processing performance. The color coating can withstand high temperatures below 200 degrees, and its salt spray corrosion resistance is better than that of ordinary stainless steel.

The color stainless steel plate is mainly used for decorative panels, ceilings, doors, windows, columns, stair handrails, elevators and simple tiles of ancient buildings. It can also be used to manufacture anti-corrosion equipment, plaques, advertising walls, panels, decorative patterns, meters Instrument panel and various vehicle decorative panels.
